can anybody tell me a good way to incorporate a good running program into my weight training routine at the present i circuit train mon, wed, fri at home, that leaves tue, thur, sat for cardio. and if anybody knows a good running program please share it with me? my goal is to lose about 10 pounds mostly in the form of fat. I am 190 now and 38 years old. thanks,
