A lot of brand name foods don't have the nutritional value indicated, does anyone know a good place on the net to find these things out?
Right now I'm looking for Orville Reddenbacher popcorn, but theres always something.

Microwave is usually 10 to 12 cups.

so a bag of orville regular is about 400 cals?

only problem is it gives u the numbers based on cups served, i don't know how many cups are in a bag of popcorn though

I think it will depend on the bag size (regular, single or mini), the flavor and type. I often eat the Kettle Corn Smart Pop variety. Large bag yields about 13.5 cups - each cup is 20 calories for a total of 270 calories if
I've calculated it correctly. I hate the nutritional values on popcorn packages - they make it more complicated than necessary<g>
