It will work. However, I bought the book myself and it's essentially common sense. The basic idea is to mix aerobic training with weight training on alternate days with Sunday (or whatever day suits you) off. You should eat healthily, six small meals a day except for your off day when you can eat what you like. You do this for twelve weeks and you should see great results.

That's the plot, and the plot WILL work, if you apply yourself to it. The problem with most people is that they lose motivation - i.e. the main reason why people can't look their best in the first place.

Anything in that book you can read on-line. The book is 80% motivational clap-trap with only a small proportion where it tells you what to do.

Yes... I actually bought the book and took it back the next day. There is about 10 pages of actual useful information in there. I'm an engineering type personality so the motivational stuff doesn't do much for me. Others may find the anecdotes more interesting.

I would add one thing to the assertation that the program will work. Based on what I've been finding from reading other books and information online, the program will work to make you helthier and to make you lose weight. Achieving the 'body-builder look' will not necessarily happen. From what I can tell, gaining that much muscle mass that quickly requires a certain body type that gains muscle quickly and/or the use of enhancers.
