Which blood pressure medications have the least negative impact on aerobic performance or greatest positive impact?

Would those medications have a greater health benefit because of a greater amount of aerobic activity.

Technically, one should be exercised one full minute after being injected on the treadmill, however if this is not possible then a delay in going under the camera will make up for this.

A couple of weeks ago I was switched from a Beta Blocker, Toperol XL to an
Angiotensin II Receptor Antagonist, Diovan HCT, a combination of Valsartan and Hydroclorithiazide. The Toperol XL was being tried for irregular heart beat without much luck. I did however want to lower my BP from around 145/90 so my cardiologist prescribed the Diovan HCT. It has restored my daily walks and allows me to feel pretty good. Not only that but my daily BP is around
114/76 in the mornings and doesn't go much over 125/78 during the day. I've only been on the Diovan for 2 weeks so its too early to tell if this will continue. So far it looks pretty good. On the other hand, the Toperol XL left me tired and light headed most of the time.

Meds like Beta-blockers may reduce your quality of life if they limit your ability to climb stairs, etc. That happened to me years ago. You probably want to favor meds that don't do that, given a choice.
