AFTER LUNG SURGERY DOES THE LUNG OR PART OF IT GROW BACK?

No, the lung doesn't regrow as such. If you were a smoker, the damaged cilia in the alveoli of the lungs does begin to regrow allowing the existing lung tissue to start to function better, providing it isn't so far gone as to be ossified from the smoke.
