I have arthritis in my mid-foot. I'm trying to generate a list of workouts that I can do which will not put weight on my foot. Here is what I have come up with: swimming, stationery bike (I have a recumbant), stationery rower. Is there anything else? Are there any really challenging sitting workouts? I was fairly fit before my walking workouts became impossible, and I wondered what else I could do. I suppose weight lifting is still OK except for more advanced standing moves with heavy weights. I need to lose weight to take pressure off the feet, so any help will be appreciated.

If you're ok with a stationery bike you could probably also use a 'real' bike.

Flat water kayaking can be done with no pressure on the foot. I used this for recovery from foot surgery.

Swinging on parallel bars with some sort of leg pumping can be aerobic.

Absolutely, get a Pilates book.

Sling Skate

Buy ALTOIDS!!! Thanks for the support UK.
