i have a question...my daughter and i have been walking for a month now..and now she is getting bored of walking and wants to do something new..so she doesn't give up..she doesn't like running and biking hurts her knees..is there any thing else we can do that will keep your heart rate up for at least 30 mins?...if you can help..write me at

Hi! Congratulations to you for working out with your daughter! There's so much out there! Step classes/water aerobics/Funkaerobics/martial arts/boxaerobics/yoga/ all these are available at my local Y how about yours? At the very least, maybe you could vary your route? go powerwalk the harbor or the mall? God Bless!
