This person should definitely be under a doctor's care ... the cholesterol level is setting off 5 alarm fire bells. The very high CPK levels indicate ongoing muscle damage, from something, and if this person hasn't been taking statins then, it's not the statins causing it, although they could aggravate the muscle damage.

A doctor should be attempting to find out the reason for the muscle damage and also the very high cholesterol levels.

I would have expected this person would be on a very low fat diet, because with those cholesterol levels the risk of heart problems is very high. I hope they didn't stop statins without doctor's orders!
