Greetings one and all...

I stopped smoking on Oct 28, 1996 and never looked back. Best move I ever made. It was not easy...one of the tougest things I have ever done. But worth every minute of the "effort".

If you are reading this then you have at least begun to realize that quitting is important to you. Your very life might be riding on this one, make no mistake about that. I found great comfort in this forum when I needed support the most. I come back every year and report another year down smoke free in an effort to give a little back to the group that helped me so much.
The names of those involved here will have changed, again and again, but the message is the same.

YOU ARE NOT ALONE. WE ARE IN THIS TOGETHER...ON DAY 1 OR DAY 2555.

Take it day by day or minute by minute. But make it stick! You deserve it!

As always, please email me if you need a little one on one support. I would love to hear from you!
