Let me speak my mind as honest as I can be:
I have several friends who quit smoking after years and years and years of doing so.
in ALL of them some disease has developed after they quit. Most of them having heart diseases right now, and two even got a heart attack....
this is AFTER they quit smoking.
That's why, for me, to stop indicates more over getting prone to all kind of diseases. I wonder why there aren't any statistics about this phenomenon. I wonder because this happened to ALL of the people I know that stopped smoking.
This is just a lurch tho - because of my direct environment and not having any general data. . .
