24 with resting heart beat of 176 help

Hi my name is Jess... everyone calls me Doll. Um I registered on hear just kinda in hopes of not getting the run around u can get at a hospital. Im waiting on an appointment for an ECHO, but in the meantime am loosing my mind with concern. I have a history of incurable illness i have a short version list in the about me. Now my nurse has taken notice over the past few months that my pulse is very high. She sugested that I take it daily and call her if 120 or above for a couple of those days. Well the results varied from 140 to all the way up to 176 at rest. Ive done some resarch online I learned that for my age it should be 75. Im really worried as to what it might be. I am on orencia, methotrexate, vicoden I try to limit myself to that and stay away from prednisone and the antidepressent gamutt anyone have any idea? Diabedies runs in my family along with something with a thyroid may this be the issues im still waiting to get back blood work. Thank u . Doll.

I think you better just wait until your bloodresults come back since with this variety of possible different causes, speculating is just that: guessing.
